Service Description
Our Speed & Agility Training Sessions are for athletes looking to improve their performance on the field, track or court. Each 90 minute session is designed specifically to help athletes increase their speed, agility, and overall athleticism. We use a variety of drills, exercises and principles to help athletes develop their strength, coordination, and balance. A typical speed & agility session will have drills that focus on: - Foot & Ankle Development - Hip Strength - Plyometrics - Running Mechanics - Linear Speed & Acceleration - 3D Agility Training - Reactive Agility Training - Linear and Lateral Change of Direction and Deceleration Improve your athleticism in our Speed & Agility Classes!
