Service Description

Our Middle School Sports Performance sessions are designed to further develop the athletic skills and physical fitness of your 11-14 year old athlete. Emphasis is placed on age-appropriate strength training, speed, agility, and improved movement quality and mechanical efficiency. It also expands on the character development in our Youth Program and provides more education on training theory and living a healthy lifestyle.
