Service Description
Our youth program is for ages 6-10. Our training for this age group is designed to empower your child with the essential tools to reach the highest levels of athleticism. We equip young athletes with the fundamentals of body mechanics, running technique, and bodyweight and band resistance exercises, providing them with the confidence to succeed in a positive and inspiring environment. For us, it’s all about laying the right foundation for athletes to succeed. Our Youth Program focuses on: The Groundwork • Character development • Building work ethic • Neural MAP Training • Teambuilding and Leadership Athletic Development • Foot and ankle mechanics • Motor skills and movement patterns • Foundational Plyometrics • SAQ (Speed, Agility & Quickness) Fundamentals • Age-appropriate strength training and conditioning fundamentals Knowledge • Basic training terminology • Basic training theory • Establishing the foundation for a healthy lifestyle
